Our sweet and sour syrup is a blend of several pomegranate varieties grown in the Mudgee region of NSW, Australia. The pomegranate juice is extracted from a traditional cold pressing method. This process preserves the natural juice flavours, aromas and colour; while minimising the extraction of bitters and astringency found in the pith and peal.
Aril Estate pomegranate syrup is high in vitamin C, which supports a healthy immune system.
Enjoy the sweet and sour pomegranate syrup in cooking; as part of a salad dressing; ice cream and deserts, drizzled over roasted vegetables and meats or mixes in alcoholic drinks and mineral water. For best results, do not use syrup in situations exceeding 100°C.
