Our delicious medal winning Pomegranate Syrups are made from pomegranates grown on our farm in Mudgee, NSW.
Choose from two varieties:

- Sweet & Sour Pomegranate Syrup - Silver Medal 2026
Our syrup is available in 100ml or 375ml bottles.

Our Sweet Pomegranate Syrup is ideal for flavouring & sweetening Greek yoghurt, drizzling over goats' cheese, pavlova or pancakes. Mix it into soda water, vodka or gin, or add it with chilli flakes to make a dipping sauce for spring rolls or curry puffs.
Our Sweet & Sour Pomegranate Syrup is ideal for green salad dressing, ice-cream topping, a dessert filling or dressing, drizzled over roasted vegetables or mixed with soda water, vodka or gin.
Drizzel our pomegrnate sweet and sour syrup over grilled lamb chops for a sweet at tangy taste.
Mix either pomegrnate syrups with gin or vodka for a spectacular sweet or tangy shot.
