Pomegranate fruit for 2022....

This is approximate the colour olives should be before harvest. if you leave them too long they will be more yellow green after fermentation. If harvested too early then olives won't have mush flesh or are too hard to bite into....

Tip: Pomegranates should not have a greenish ring around the base of the fruit. The base is where the fruit connects to the tree. If it is greenish then your pomegranate will be raw with poor flavour profile....
