Our Sour Pomegranate Molasses is ideal in a Fattoush salad, Muhammara (roasted pepper dip), stews, sauces, dressings, glazing red meats, pomegranate soup & roasted eggplant dip.
Our Sweet & Sour Pomegranate Molasses is ideal for glazing fish, pork or chicken, in cocktails & desserts, adding to yoghurt, in roasted or grilled vegetables, in a roasted haloumi salad or as a dipping sauce for dumplings.
Take your simple meatball recipe to the next level by baking them with pomegranate (juice and molasses) garnished with pomegranate arils and pistachios.
Pour our Aril Estate Pomegranate molasses on a Fattoush salad for a sensational tasty experience. Be wary of fake imitation pomegranate molasses made with carob and citric acid (lemon juice). There’s nothing like the real deal.
